We work with you to plan a photography schedule around your school calendar — key events, open days, lessons and activities. Our photographer visits throughout the year and hands over a growing image library that's yours to use freely.

A few things schools usually ask.
Correct — the promotional photography is provided completely free of charge. There's no invoice, no budget required, and no obligation on parents to purchase anything.
We simply ask that when the time comes for portrait and group photographs — class photos, leavers, individuals — you give PhotoLlama the opportunity to be your photographers. There's no formal contract and no lock-in.
Typically three or four visits across the year — for example, an open day, a sports fixture, a class activity session, and an end-of-year event. We plan the schedule with you around your calendar at the start of each academic year.
Your school does. You're free to use them on your website, social media, prospectus, newsletters — however you need. We may use a small selection in our portfolio with your permission, but that's entirely optional.
We work within your school's existing image permission framework. We never publish images of children without your confirmation that appropriate consent is in place. All our photographers are DBS-checked.
We take on a limited number of Gallery Plus schools each term to make sure we can give each one proper attention. Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis — if you're interested, it's worth getting in touch sooner rather than later.
